The Next-Generation Elevator Brain
16-stop controller with 4 programmable spare safety inputs, integrated components, Lock Relay safety architecture, and a field-first design philosophy that changes everything about elevator control.

What is the N60?
Fuji Plus N60 (Plus 60) is a next-generation elevator controller board developed to solve real problems seen in the Egyptian market: long downtime when a safety input circuit fails, complicated control panel wiring, excessive relay count inside controllers, and difficulty commissioning and maintaining systems on site.
The board is designed to deliver three major outcomes: Higher availability through smart backup safety input design, higher safety through strict interlocks and anti-bypass logic, and lower installation cost by integrating functions that usually require external relays and modules.
Fewer components in the control panel. Faster wiring. Fewer failures. Easier maintenance.

4 Programmable Spare Safety Inputs
The feature that eliminates emergency downtime. When a safety circuit path fails, you don't stop the elevator and send the board to the factory. You program a spare point and keep operating.
Without Spare Safety (Competitors)
- ✕Safety IC fails → Elevator stops
- ✕Board must be removed and sent to factory
- ✕Customer experiences downtime for days
- ✕Maintenance company loses time & money
- ✕Reputation damage for the technician
With Fuji Plus N60
- ✓Safety IC fails → Enter programming mode
- ✓Assign X1 = failed circuit (e.g., Fork)
- ✓Elevator resumes operation immediately
- ✓Schedule board repair at your convenience
- ✓Up to 4 failures tolerated simultaneously
6 Total Spare Points: 4 for 12V circuits (X1–X4) + 2 for 60V safety chains (XB1–XB2)
Dual-domain spare coverage across BOTH safety voltage levels — a structured approach to maintain safety availability
Built Different. Built Better.
Every feature in the N60 was designed to solve a real problem that technicians and installers face daily.
4 Programmable Spare Safety Inputs
If a safety circuit path fails, assign X1–X4 as backup. Continue operating without board repair. Up to 4 simultaneous failures tolerated — a feature that exists NOWHERE else in the Egyptian market.
Lock Relay Safety Architecture
Motion is permitted ONLY after the full safety chain is validated and the Lock Relay confirms the final safety circuit (caloon). Prevents movement under ANY unsafe condition.
RST 3-Phase Monitoring
Built-in three-phase detection and monitoring. Eliminates the need for a separate phase protection card in the control panel. Saves cost and reduces components.
Inverter Control Optimization
Direct outputs for VVVF control with separate commons. Reduces external relay count, simplifies wiring, creates fewer failure points. Works with all major inverter brands.
Built-In Maintenance Mode
Physical RUN/MNT switch on the board. Move the elevator up/down directly from the card using + and - buttons. No extra wiring or external switches needed. Dual speed control by combining directions.
Multi-Display Support
Binary, 7-Segment, Decoder, and Serial displays. Run Serial PLUS another type simultaneously. Choose 12V or 24V output. Handles any display system in the market.
Advanced Protection Systems
Brake fault detection, anti door-lock bypass (caloon bridge), contactor safety interlock, terminal approach protection, and correction after power loss.
Days-Based Life Counter
Count operating DAYS instead of trips — a Fuji Plus exclusive. Perfect for service contracts: set a specific day and the elevator stops. More predictable than trip counters.
